Refund policy

Need to return or exchange an item?

We will offer a refund or exchange within 60 days of purchase if:

  • The garment has not been worn, altered and/or washed and is in a resalable condition
  • The garment has not been damaged whilst in the customer's possession
  • The original swing ticket or packaging is attached to garment
  • The customer must provide evidence of proof of purchase/order number
  • The refund will be credited to the same payment method which was used to make the original purchase.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. When requesting a refund, the cost of the shipping will be deducted from your refund.
The buyer is responsible for the costs returning the garments back to us and we will cover the cost sending the exchanged items back to you.

Returns and exchanges from NDIS orders
Items purchased via an NDIS invoice can only be offered an exchange or store credit as we cannot reverse refunds received from your NDIS budget.

What if my item is faulty?

Outside the above timeframe, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation if the fault is reported within a 90 day period.

Non-Covered Situations:

  • Normal wear and tear outside 3 month period
  • Damage from misuse, abuse, or neglect.
  • Items altered, repaired, or tampered with
